This winery, one of the oldest estates in Piedmont, dates back to 1796. All of Giovanni’s wines are absolutely extraordinary with each expression a true masterclass in classic Piedmont terroir. His greatest bottlings are his three distinct Barbaresco crus that are a must try for any lover of traditional Nebbiolo.  Chef Shawn has created a spectacular Tuscan Italian menu for the evening drawing on his days from Delfina, one of San Francisco's top rated restaurants.
